Find time for a break: rediscover spirituality
How? Start with being alone or taking a walk, preferably in nature, near a river or in a park. It is important to remain silent.
Walk just with yourself, stay in your thoughts and enjoy the fresh air. Leave your mind clear of thoughts forget what you need to do tomorrow or what you did yesterday. Slowly let your being free to enter a state of carefree lightness. At this point your soul will come forward, you will be comfortable with yourself without the need for others or anything else. In these moments is where we are free. We reconnect with our inner spirit again.
These are the right moments where we can let us mostly inspire from the spirit world; they can make us feel their presence and enlighten us. It can happen that we suddenly realize what we are doing wrong. As in an instant we know where we want to go. We don't have to look for it with the mind, it comes on its own, it is simply in our thoughts.
These moments are pearls!
